Canadian Championship 2023 is scheduled to begin in May.The Canadian Championship will include a total of 10 teams, with the Canadian Premier League’s seven clubs – Cavalry FC, Forge FC, HFX Wanderers FC, Valour FC, York9 FC, Pacific FC and Atletico Ottawa – joining three Canadian MLS sides: Toronto FC, Vancouver Whitecaps FC and Montreal Impact.

The Canadian Championship will also feature a women’s competition for the first time in 2023. Canada Soccer Women’s Canadian Championship 2023 will see seven teams go head-to-head: Canada’s three Canadian Premier League clubs, four Canadian professional league winners (League1 Ontario, League1 BC, Première ligue de soccer du Québec, and the Canadian Championship Women’s winner) and one Canadian MLS team.

The Canadian Championship 2023 will begin in May with a double round-robin format for each division. The top four teams from each competition will advance to the Canadian Championship Semi-finals and Canadian Championship Women’s Semifinals, with the winners advancing to the Canadian Championship Final and Canadian Championship Women’s Final.
