All you need to know about the Canadian hockey player Kendra Woodland who earned the shutout at the FISU games.
Kendra represented Canada in the FISU games that took place in Krasnoyarsk, Russia and she was an integral part of the Canadian team’s gold medal victory. Kendra Woodland is a four-time USports All-Canadian and is coming off her best season yet with the UNB Varsity Reds where she posted a .946 save percentage in the regular season and continued that success into the playoffs before they were cancelled due to COVID-19.
Prior to her time at UNB, Kendra represented Canada at the IIHF U18 Women’s World Championship, where she posted a shutout against Sweden. Kendra was also part of Hockey Canada’s Program of Excellence in 2015-2016 and has represented Canada at several other international tournaments.
