At 17-2, the Sky currently sit in second place in the Eastern Conference, just behind the New York Liberty. In just her third season, she has been one of the best players in the league. She was named an All-Star for the first time in her career and is averaging 17.7 points, 6.6 rebounds, and 2.9 assists per game. With the All-Star break and the Olympics on the horizon, it’s more important than ever for Delle Donne to stay healthy. “She’s obviously a big part of what we do,” said Mystics coach Mike Thibault". Delle Donne also had eight rebounds and four assists. “It’s always good to get a win, especially on the road,” said Delle Donne. “But we have to keep getting better every day and every game. We can’t be satisfied with just a win.”
