Jamie Chadwick will continue her role in Williams’ driver academy, which is a huge step forward for female racing drivers and something Jamie herself is very proud of.

“I am delighted to be continuing with the Williams Driver Academy for 2023," Jamie said. “It has been an extremely productive year for us all. I am looking forward to the next phase of my development and helping to further the Williams mission.”

Jamie had already shown her ability in a number of different cars during 2020, such as F3 and Extreme E, so continuing with Williams is great news for Jamie’s career. Chadwick, who joined Williams ahead of the 2019 season, has since made history as the inaugural W Series champion.

She is now looking to build on her success this year and Williams are delighted to have her back in their driver academy. Jamie Chadwick commented: “I am thrilled to re-join the Williams Driver Academy for 2023; it is a great pleasure to be able to remain part of the Williams family.”

The driver academy was launched in 2018 by Williams and Jamie Chadwick is looking forward to taking full advantage of their support. “I am excited for what the year ahead holds, being part of the team allows me access to invaluable resources that will give me a great opportunity to continue my development and progress as a driver.”

This is Jamie Chadwick’s third year with Williams, and she will be looking to make the most of her time. She concluded: “I am looking forward to utilizing all the feedback and support from Williams throughout the year to further develop myself as a driver”. Jamie Chadwick and Williams will be hoping for a successful season together.
