The England national team star gave an inspiring speech about self-love and acceptance to her fellow campmates, and viewers at home were quick to praise Jill for her wise words. On Sunday night, the Euro 2022 winner hit screens on what was her and her jungle campmates’ first televised day in Australia. While speaking to host Holly Willoughby and Declan Donnelly, Jill said: “I feel like I’ve been here longer than a day, it feels like weeks. It’s been the most surreal experience of my life."

“The thing that struck me the most was how much everyone helped each other, even though we were all in it to win. There was a lot of love and support. We were all there for each other, no matter what the challenge was.”

Jill also revealed that she had been “blown away” by the experience, and that it had been “tougher than she thought it would be”. However, Jill said she had “loved every second” of her time in the jungle, and that she would recommend the experience to anyone.

The star also spoke about how she had found the challenge of living with 11 other celebrities in close quarters. She said: “It was great, we all got on really well. We had a lot of fun, but it was also tough at times. I’ve never been away from home for that long before, so it was a challenge in itself. But I loved every second of it.”
