The Best FIFA Women’s Player Award finalists are: Lucy Bronze, Lucy Morgan, and Beth Mead.

The nominations for the FIFA Women’s Player Award were determined by a selection panel consisting of FIFA Legends as well as members of the media, coaches, and captains from national teams. FIFA Women’s World Cup winners, Bronze and Renard, make strong contenders for the award.

Bronze was one of England’s key players in their FIFA Women’s World Cup triumph last year and she has since been named as short-listed for The Best FIFA Women’s Player Award for 2019. Her exceptional performances in the FIFA Women’s World Cup were crucial to England becoming Champions.

Morgan has been equally impressive, having captained the USWNT to FIFA Women’s World Cup glory and earning a place on this year’s shortlist. She was also part of the Orlando Pride team that participated in the FIFA Women’s Club World Cup earlier this year.

Mead rounds out this prestigious list of FIFA Women’s Player Award finalists. She was a vital part of the FIFA Women’s World Cup winning England squad last year, scoring four goals and providing two assists in the tournament.

All three players are renowned for their dedication to excellence and have consistently proved themselves to be some of the best soccer players on the planet. It will come as no surprise to many that FIFA has shortlisted these three for the FIFA Women’s Player Award. It promises to be an exciting race to the finish line, with the winner being announced at FIFA’s The Best Awards Ceremony soon.
