UFC is famous for its players. And one of those stars is surely rising UFC star Molly McCann. The Liverpool native put on an amazing performance at UFC Fight Night 130 in 2018, when she defeated Vickie Remmers via knockout in the second round. The Englishwoman, who competes in the women’s flyweight division, is unbeaten in her last six outings, with four of those wins coming by way of knockout. In the second round of her fight McCann landed a huge right hand that knocked out her opponent and earned her the Performance of the Night bonus. It was an absolutely wild finish, with McCann landing a massive right hand that sent Carolina crashing to the canvas. Carolina managed to get back to her feet, but she was clearly dazed and confused, and the referee decided to stop the bout. It was a huge win for McCann, who made a successful return to the Octagon. This was an absolutely amazing knockout by Molly McCann! Her opponent was completely out cold on the canvas after eating that brutal spinning-back elbow. It was a stunning victory, and one that cements McCann’s place as a top contender in the UFC’s women’s flyweight division. UFC President Dana White was impressed with McCann’s performance, calling her “one tough motherfcker.” “Molly McCann is one tough motherfcker,” UFC President Dana White said after the fight. “She took some big shots in that fight and just kept coming forward. And then she gets the knockout in the end”. Now, McCann is set to face off against another tough opponent in the form of Hannah Goldy at UFC Boston.
