But who has been crowned WSL Goal of the Month so far this season?

Everton’s Chloe Kelly has been in sensational form this season, and she picked up where she left off in January with a stunning solo effort against Manchester United. The 23-year-old ran half the length of the pitch, beating three defenders before calmly slotting the ball past United goalkeeper Mary Earps.

Arsenal’s Vivianne Miedema is another player who has been on fire this season, and she picked up the WSL Goal of the Month award for December with a superb strike against Chelsea. The Dutch striker showed great technique to volley the ball into the top corner from just inside the box, giving Chelsea goalkeeper Ann-Katrin Berger no chance.

Another player who has been impressing in the WSL this season is Manchester City’s Ellen White. The England international scored a brace against Birmingham City in January, and her second goal was a wonderfully taken lob from just inside the Birmingham half. White showed great composure to lob the ball over the advancing Birmingham goalkeeper, giving City a 2-0 lead.
